Nature Clubs

2017-2018 After School Nature Club

Durango Nature Studies offers nature based after-school enrichment programs for kids in Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades.  This is the perfect choice for kids that love nature and science.  We will be offering 5 sessions in Spring 2018 on a variety of topics, including lots of time exploring outside.

The classes are taught by our staff educators at each school for your convenience.
Nature Club runs from after school until 4:30.

In Spring 2018, we will again be holding Nature Clubs at Needham, Park, Riverview, Sunnyside, Florida Mesa, and Animas Valley.  For more information or questions, contact the instructor for your child’s specific club.

Note: Nature Club is limited to 15 students (K-2), and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register soon.  Spring 2018 Nature Clubs will begin the week of January 9, and the deadline to register for the 1st session is Friday, January 5.  If a Nature Club is full, you can be added to a wait list.  Simply contact the educator associated with that particular Nature Club.
